The web site provides an engaging community with customizable tools and support, in addition to the evidence-based information that has always brought people to www.diabetes.org. Both the site and this companion e-publication will help you learn more about the people, programs, and services offering hope and help regardless of where you or your loved one is in their experience with diabetes.
